At Lil' Bit of Life, we believe some of life's greatest lessons aren't taught in a classroom—they're discovered in a quiet moment beside a horse, the gentle touch of a miniature donkey, or the laughter shared while feeding a favorite farm friend.
Our mission is to enrich lives through healing, education, and meaningful connections between people, animals, and agriculture.
What began as a small family farm has grown into a place where children gain confidence, families reconnect, and visitors of every age discover the peace and joy that only animals can provide. Every experience is thoughtfully created to inspire curiosity, encourage compassion, and build lifelong memories.
Through Lil' Bit of Farm Life, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are expanding educational opportunities while ensuring the exceptional care of the animals that make our mission possible. Together, our farm and nonprofit create experiences that nurture both people and the animals they love.
For more than 15 years, we have proudly served our community through hands-on agricultural education, welcoming schools, home school groups, BSA Scouts, Girl Scouts, organizations, and families to experience authentic farm life.

As the home of the G.R.I.T.S. 4-H Club since 2009, we are honored to help young people develop leadership, responsibility, kindness, and a deep appreciation for agriculture and animal care.
Our Farm School programs, Horse'n Around Camps, field trips, and seasonal events allow children to unplug from technology, explore the outdoors, build confidence, and create genuine connections with animals and one another.
The impact of our farm reaches far beyond our gates. Our gentle animal ambassadors visit assisted living communities and local organizations, bringing comfort, conversation, smiles, and moments of healing to those who need them most. Time and again, we've witnessed the remarkable way animals open hearts, spark memories, and bring people together.
